Kalka Dental College was established in the year 2006 and is located on Delhi-Meerut Road. The college is surrounded by a number of neighboring villages, which provide the essential clinical material, so vital for training in the field of Life Sciences.

Conforming to the Dental Council of India (DCI) regulations, the college is fully equipped with ultra-modern types of equipment in the dental clinics, pre-clinical, and research labs to create an appropriate environment for teaching, learning, and patient care.

Our BDS course is recognized by the Dental Council of India and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The BDS course is a comprehensive 4 year program followed by 1 year compulsory paid rotatory internship. The BDS course is permanently affiliated to the prestigious Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

BDS Bachelor of Dental Surgery

The Aim and objective of the curriculum is to produce Dental Surgeons who are socially acceptable with the ability to work safely and effectively on patients in diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and oral disease while ensuring uniformity in standards of technical and clinical requirements.

BDS Curriculum is divided into two broad areas:

• The 1^st and 2^nd Year of the professional BDS programme aims at proficiency in the Basic Sciences.
• Preclinical technique and laboratory procedures

• The 3^rd and the 4^th year of the professional BDS programme
• Clinical Training on patients in the clinics in various departments
• Classroom instructions
• Community and field training programme
• The Internship Program in the 5^th year exposes the student to full-time clinical training and allows them to treat patients independently good holistically.

The Kalka General hospital is situated on the same campus and has outdoor & indoor facilities with a chain of specialized Doctors, such as Physicians, Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Gynecologist, ENT surgeons, Radiologists, Pathologists, and General Physician.

The Kalka General Hospital has emergency male and female medical wards, male and female surgical wards, orthopedic wards, pediatric wards, ICU Labour Room and a large well equipped main O.T. and Minor O.T. There is an 8 Bed- Conditioned Private ward also.

 The Hospital provides Antenatal Check-up and treatment center for pregnant women and a vaccination center for children.

 The Hospital is well equipped with a modern pathology Lab, 300 MA/100 Max-Ray machines, and the Latest ultrasound machine.
